Each day as the sun rises and sets, so too is true of our being, our spirit must rise and fall as well. It is true this is not guaranteed and should not be taken for granted, yet one cannot live life believing each day will be his last, although living each day like your last will ultimately provide a life free from regret. This may sound like a contradiction, but if think about the fact that what one may believe might be quite different then the way one chooses to live their life. While knowing that death is inevitable, I believe immortality can be obtained and in the face of death I seek to squeeze every bit of life out of every day I live. Perhaps this leads to the dichotomy of light and dark, the Etare and Neged.
